Poem : Childhood
Do you remember your childhood?
It was then quite misunderstood
The roads were our kingdom
With tiny bats we set out for stardom
We had just no value for money
But would jump with joy when it was sunny
We loved to dance & play in the rains
Till it was time for the exam pains
Friends who came in many circles
With whom we crossed too many hurdles
As we look back at the days of our prime
A tear rolls down our cheek, oh it’s time
The path since then has been soo long
Yearning to go back to where I belong
Do you remember your childhood?
It was then quite misunderstood…
